Children have a variety of therapy needs. The following services are provided at Therapy for Me! |
Our Occupational Therapists (OT) utilize a neurosensory, social-emotional developmental approach to improve a child’s ability to function in all environments.Therapists use goal-directed activities to improve sensory processing, gross and fine motor skills, self-care, social, and oral motor skills. Reflex integration using the Masgutova method, kineseotaping, cranial sacral therapy and myofacial release are among the skills of our therapists use to meet each child’s individual needs. |

Occupational Therapy (OT) |
Our Speech/Language Pathologists (SLP) also use a sensory and social-emotional approach to improve a child’s ability to communicate in all environments.Treatment utilizes goal-directed activities to improve verbal, non-verbal, and interactive communication skills. Treatment may focus on articulation, expressive/receptive language, social language or non-verbal language, based on each child’s individual needs. |

Speech/Language Therapy (ST) |
We currently do not have physical therapists on staff; however, functional movement, strength, gross motor skills, and other areas of development can be treated by our occupational therapists.We refer clients to other facilities if there is a need or skill that we cannot address. |
